I mean, he's making good points, but he's missing an important fact that many people (perhaps, most people) would rather swallow a chemical lab worth of drugs rather than make a simple lifestyle change. If you've ever tried (like, really tried) to talk to someone about their nutrition, you know it's true. People will go to amazing lengths to rationalize their sugar can or whatever it is that gets them through the day. And yet, they have no problem taking a pill every night just to fall asleep. So yeah, this isn't just conflict of interest; it's also supply and demand.
