Just like a music chart leaves out a great deal of music. It's not supposed to be an A-Z directory of music topics. It's supposed to capture the most relevant tracks of today.

As soon as one man's opinions start dictating what should be on the chart and what shouldn't, it stops being a public forum and starts being a sort of proxy blog of that man. Which is, like, fine, if that's really what you want. But please have some respect for the consensus of Medium writers, because that's what these categories reflect.
